Processes are essential as organizations look to streamline, standardize or scale their organizations. Sierra-Cedars most recent HR technology survey found the largest business improvement processes are happening in the front end of the employment life cycle which is recruiting and onboarding. No surprise when you consider national unemployment sits at 4.9% as of August 2016.
